Well, I finally did it.  I started my own blogs.  Under the topic of Nursing Blog I share experiences. I'm gathering these mainly from my 4 years as and Air Force Medical Technician as well as my current career as a Registered Nurse.  Some of these stories will be funny, some will be gross, some will be sad.  I've gained insight into the lives of many people as a nurse and hopefully you can learn from what I've learned.

I'm also blogging about my own health conditions.  I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2005 and two weeks later was diagnosed with Epilepsy.  These conditions later led to surgeries and more diagnoses.  I share stories of my personal experiences, various tests they've run, how surgery went and why I might have surgery again.

I also had brain surgery in December 2012.  I was scheduled for the removal of, what they originally thought was a low grade glioma, probably an astrocytoma.  The surgery was in the right medial temporal lobe of my brain.  I was blessed to not have brain cancer.  It was found that the cells were abnormal, but not cancerous.

Please check out the blogs for more information.  Please feel free to comment on my blogs or start a discussion in the forum.

Update 9 December 2016 - I've been writing and arranging music. I've got my own music website.
